These are the most active members of our collective, the motors fueling our projects and working to make our dreams a reality!
In our collective we organize ourselves as a fluid hierarchy, in which the “Dream Keepers” elect a “Power Team”, vote on important decisions, and work together to push projects forward.
Our production teams are sometimes smaller and often bigger than our Dream Keepers team, as we collaborate with artists from our extended community with diverse backgrounds and fields of expertise.

When a production starts, we form a dream team!
We are a growing mycelium of multi-talented creative creatures. Our teams consist of artists from diverse creative disciplines including visual arts, performance, theatre, music, design and fashion, as well as specialists in fields like technology, theory, business and science.
Our community is comprised of international, culturally diverse and differently-abled people. We value diversity and see it as the foundation of a successful, multi-faceted, and collaborative creative community!
