From the beginning of Dream World in 2019 until we transitioned into a decentralized organization with a fluid hierarchy in 2021, these were the members of our “Core Team”:
Pablo Villalba
Business Management
Having previously founded two successful mid-size tech startups in the EU and US in 10 years, Pablo now dedicates his experience and energy to creating a sustainable model for the arts. He describes himself as a hands-on creative thinker striving to do things differently.
Stevie Stevie
Artistic Direction
Originally from Las Vegas and with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute, Stevie has an extensive background in performance art, new media, and creative direction. Their passion for fun and absurdity fuels their desire for child-like states, and this influence is seen in most of the works they create and direct. Stevie is proudly nonbinary.
Alex Cuthbertson
Production Management
Reborn in the Flames of Kiez Burn, Alex has years of collaborative managerial experience in decentralized organizations. An avid Juggler and Fire Performer with more than a handful of inventions up his baggy sleeve, his obsession with Flow State fuels his fiery performances and empowers teammates to apply 110% of themselves to collaborative projects.
Annette Lüür
Management & Comms
With years of experience in socio-political communication and a broad background realizing co-creation art events, Annette has a sophisticated grasp on even the most challenging aspects of managing the creative Dream World projects. With a consistently passionate and holistic vision, she brings together the components necessary to turn dreams into reality.
